STEP 5: SUBMIT A SIGNED VERSION OF THE EVENT-SPECIFIC ENTRY FORM FROM AES FOR YOUR CLUB

EMAIL us a signed copy of each club's entry form specific for each event is due four weeks (five Fridays, same as payment due date) prior to the event or earlier.

You will find this in your Club's AES dashboard. The email should come from a club representative. Our email address is found in Step 2 above as well as in your registration confirmation email.
